Transit in Kuala Lumpur

We were in a group of 4, traveling from Bangkok to Perth, Australia. We have a layover transit of 10 Hours and we googled up in the internet and found www.hotelpickupz.com was given their service from KLIA and the charges for a family van (4-7 Paxs) were RM 350.00 and RM 21.00 (GST) which total up to RM 371.00 and we payed by credit card.
Immediately confirmation on the payment was received and thereafter we received notification from travel consultant - Mr. Thomas regarding the booking. He assured that 3 days prior to the actual day, driver and vehicle details will be provided.
As promised, they gave us an excellent service and we enjoyed the tour.
Surely we will visit Malaysia again. So much to be visited in Malaysia.
